1. Financial Policy Acknowledgment
Our office operates as a self-pay practice and does not bill or accept insurance, including Medicare. Because we are not restricted by insurance limitations, we are able to offer simple and affordable payment plans to cover the cost of your care. The cost for the Day 1 services (consultation and INSiGHT scans) is $150. *Please inform one of our Care Advocates if you are seeking care as part of a current promotion.
2. Adjustment Timing
At your first visit, we’ll focus on a detailed consultation and nervous system (INSiGHT) scans. Personalized care plan recommendations and first adjustments will be offered during the second visit.
3. Commitment to Care Plans
Our office creates personalized, comprehensive care plans designed to provide long-term benefits rather than offering occasional or one-time adjustments.
4. Medicare Patients
At this time, we do not accept new Medicare patients. If you are a Medicare recipient, we encourage you to contact a participating Medicare provider.
